At this time, Vanway Kitchen + Bath remains open for business. We’ll continue to work on filling your orders until the government issues new restrictions or until the coronavirus becomes an immediate health issue for our employees and customers. We continue to monitor the latest recommendations from our health authorities and government to ensure the safety of all.
We are implementing the following precautions in our showroom. Please assist us in protecting yourselves and our employees as much as possible.
Use email and phone whenever possible.
Our designers are able to look up your order, provide you with manufacturing timelines, send you photos of styles and samples, and help you with other options all using the phone or email. When possible, please allow us to try to resolve your questions using these methods.
Call for an appointment before visiting.
In the event that you need to visit the showroom to view samples, make selections, or go over details in person, please call or email to set up an appointment. This will allow us to schedule visits so that we can avoid having multiple people in the showroom at one time.
Wash your hands as soon as you arrive.
We are continually wiping down touchable surfaces with disinfectant. You can help us keep our showroom as safe as possible by immediately using our washroom to thoroughly wash your hands as soon as you arrive for your appointment.
Avoid visiting Vanway if you’re at risk.
If you have recently been out of the country or at not feeling completely healthy, please do not visit our showroom as it is unfair to our employees and our clients. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment to another date and work with you via phone and email.
Reschedule your installation if needed.
We understand that in order to maintain social distancing, some clients have decided not to have unnecessary visitors in their home. If you would prefer to postpone your scheduled installation please contact your designer by phone or email and we can accommodate your request. If anyone in your home has been abroad or is displaying symptoms, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your installation in order to keep our team safe.
