We’re Open For Business, To Serve You.
Our designers can help you in person, over the phone, or via email. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure you feel comfortable when doing business with us. For example, if you’d like to book an appointment for a design consultation rather than dropping in, we can set that up. If you’d like us to send you updates by email rather than stopping by, we can do that too.
Masks Are No Longer Required In The Showroom.
As per the provincial health order, masks are no longer required in our showroom. If you feel comfortable wearing your mask, you are welcome to do so. If you’d feel more comfortable if your designer wore a mask, you can request that as well.
We’re Still Cleaning High-Touch Surfaces.
Our staff are regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces in the showroom to ensure a safe, clean experience. If you feel comfortable doing so, you are welcome to use the hand sanitizer provided when you enter the showroom.
Avoid Vanway If You’re Required To Self-Isolate.
If you are not feeling healthy, please do not visit our showroom as it is unfair to our employees and our clients. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment to another date and work with you via phone and email.
